Vehicle Description 1983 Dodge W Series Very clean for the year with minor dents and a few scratches.
I've had this truck for 20 years, it was my first vehicle.
Shortly after we bought it, we had it painted and refinished the interior and rebuilt the transmission and tuned up the engine.
It spent a few years outside but has been either under a carport or in the garage for the last 14 years.
It has the bullet proof slant six that still runs amazing, though it won't win you any races.
Gets about 16 mpg around town and 18-20 on the freeway, A/C still works perfectly and still running on R12 refrigerant.
Exhaust is 2-1/2 inch from cat back with flow master muffler.
Has a nice little rumble to it without being obnoxious.
No major issues, everything works, it's an amazing old truck.
It has not been driven a whole lot since my first couple years of owning it but I've been sure to keep fresh oil in it and keep it maintained.
Starts and runs nearly as smooth as a fuel injected vehicle.
You will have a really hard time finding another truck in this good of condition for its age.
