This Chevelle 300 started off as a very solid candidate, it was a complete car that was in the same family for decades.
The engine was upgraded with a 327/375 HP, it has a small journal steel crank, forged flat tops, with the period correct 'camel hump' heads.
the camshaft is a 280 duration 490 lift hydraulic roller, it get its fuel delivery by a Holley 650 dp.
The engine has 35 psi of oil pressure at idle and over 60 while driving, owner just had it at the Rod run, sat in bumper to bumper traffic, it never got over 180.
The Muncie 4 speed has a Hurst Competition plus shifter, it shifts through each gear with no effort, the trans is very quiet, and works flawlessly.

The dash was refinished along with having the steering wheel reconditioned.
