Vehicle Description 78 GMC k1500 overall the truck is in good running condition, I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a cross country road trip! The original small block 400 has been removed and replaced with a TBI fuel injected 454 which retained the stock wiring harness and ecu (motor is a 91 and only had around 35k miles).
The th400 has been freshened up along with a deep sump pan and a new torque converter with a slightly higher stall.
The transfer case has been rebuilt and upgraded to be selectable 4x4 instead of full time as well as new hubs installed at that time.
4 lift kit with all new spring shocks and and u bolts installed last spring, tires were replaced at the same time.
Truck is in good working order perfect for a hunting truck or someone who's up for some body work, it is super straight and not that rusty but has rust in most all the known places.
