Seeking a Facilities Engineer - AAFE
Our Client Company is a world-renowned, highly profitable rubber plant serving a broad range of engine markets with cost competitive, environmental-friendly solutions. Please submit your updated resume if you believe you have the qualifications and experience I am seeking to fulfill their Facilities Engineer position in Cadillac, MI. The annual salary is 65k-75k dollars, with a 15% bonus potential. Relocation assistance is available.
The Facilities Engineer plans/coordinates activities and manages special projects for the entire plant. This individual assists all departments in areas of improved process flow with current equipment. Additionally, he or she oversees a preventive maintenance program, evaluates plant energy usage, researches new equipment, and procures new suppliers while assisting with current ones. Importantly, the Facilities Engineer is a vital part of planning for future plant expansion.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
o Five-plus years of experience (preferred), or combination of training, plus experience
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
o Prior experience with rubber extrusion (strongly preferred)
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
