Achieve levels of productivity consistent with management's strategic objectives.
Provide management of all production lines within the Cadillac Plant.
Provide strategic direction for driving cost reductions and continual improvement for production of product lines.
Assist in the development of strategic and operating plans for the plant. Manage execution of strategic and subordinate action plans for plant.
Prepare comprehensive progress reports at regular intervals relating to production activities.
Maintain high level of communication with all departments, coordinating the production and safety activities with the procedures, programs and requirements.
Oversee and direct all production activity including personnel and production issues.
Advise affected manufacturing personnel of policies and decisions made; interpret procedures, directives and reporting requirements.
Drives lean and 5s initiatives.
Supports all safety initiatives and drives plant to adhere to all safety requirements.
Bachelor Degree required; Masters preferred.
Minimum 10 years Manufacturing related experience and/or training.
High level of people and process management skill.
