Large Northern Michigan Automotive manufacturer is looking for experienced Production Supervisors/Managers. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced 3 shift continuous operational environment preferably in a large manufacturing setting; proven ability to positively motivate and manage people in a teamwork environment; high level relationship building skills; an ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization and can demonstrate how they can contribute to a performance led culture.You must have held a position with a high degree of personal accountability and shown progressive improvements in the following areas: Health and Safety Quality, Production efficiency, employee training and development and labor management and utilization. You will also have a keen awareness and understanding of operational manufacturing metrics.In addition to the above the successful candidate will possess the following: High School Diploma or equivalent - higher education strongly preferred, especially for Production Mgt candidates, proven ability to multi-task; excellent communication skills verbally and in writing and computer literacy with experience in Microsoft wage and exceptional benefit package offered, including bonus potential. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
