Large Northern Michigan Automotive manufacturer is looking for experienced Production Supervisors/Managers. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced 3 shift continuous operational environment preferably in a large manufacturing setting; proven ability to positively motivate and manage people in a teamwork environment; high level relationship building skills; an ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization and can demonstrate how they can contribute to a performance led culture.You must have held a position with a high degree of personal accountability and shown progressive improvements in the following areas: Health and Safety Quality, Production efficiency, employee training and development and labor management and utilization. You will also have a keen awareness and understanding of operational manufacturing metrics.In addition to the above the successful candidate will possess the following: High School Diploma or equivalent - higher education strongly preferred, especially for Production Mgt candidates, proven ability to multi-task; excellent communication skills verbally and in writing and computer literacy with experience in Microsoft wage and exceptional benefit package offered, including bonus potential.
