The Shift Manager directly supervises crew members; maintains responsibility for the performance of the assigned duties and is responsible for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manger.
The Shift Manager accomplishes these objectives by actively leading, coaching and directing of crew on a day-to-day basis.
Shift Manager behaviors include:
Models and drives excellence in customer serviceModels and maintains compliance with company standards in product and facility specificationsModels excellence in food handling proceduresModels excellence in operational activity to achieve unit guest service and performance targetsAssists in training, developing and motivating crew membersAssists in achieving store financial results by running a successful shift to brand standardsSalary:
$17 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
